Bok Tower is a 205ft tower that houses a 60 bell carillon.
It was built for Edward Bok a Pulitzer Prize winning author during 1927-1929.
Edward Bok dies shortly after the tower was built in 1930 and is buried in front of the entrance to the tower.
The weather was absolutely perfect and it was a great time to explore the gardens around the tower and see the azaleas in bloom. We also got the chance to enjoy a carillon concert and watched the carilloneur play from a screen they had set up in the garden near the tower. Wyatt and Ramona loved exploring the gardens and watching the geese and the koi in the pond around the tower.

Looks like a fun time! The gardens were beautiful, and I know the gardeners were glad the tropical plants came back out after the deep freeze of this winter. Love you, Mom/Mona
